Custom Angus Beef Orders
Key Decisions on Your Cuts: * Steak Thickness: Standard cuts are usually 3/4 inch thick, but you can request thicker cuts like 1 or 1.5 inches.
* Roast Sizes: Decide if you want roasts sized for two people or a large family (typically 2 to 4 pounds).
* Ground Beef: Choose your fat-to-lean ratio (usually 80/20) and package size (1-pound or 2-pound packages, or pre-made patties for an extra fee)
* We sell whole cows only that produce approximately 400-450 pounds of meat after processing for customers to take home. The price for each cow various with feed prices and processing fees . Angus beef is always more expensive than regular beef. The price for each cow is approximately $14.00 per pound custom wrapped to your order either fresh or frozen. The price does not include delivery. Each cow requires a 16 to 20 cubic feet freezer.
